Reality TV succubus Jon Gosselin refuses to leave well enough alone! If he did, he would not be the man we know and love to call a douchebag!
Gosselin has filed a countersuit against TLC for $5 million in response to the breach of contract lawsuit filed by the network.
TLC claims that Jon’s paid promotional appearances are a violation of his contract. Not only are they prohibited, but the unauthorized business deals and interviews have created a competitor to the programming.
Many assume that Jon’s claims will be that the network is not allowing him to make a living with a contract that restrictive. Yet, TLC agreed to pay the idiot when they decided to change the show from Jon & Kate Plus 8 to Kate Plus 8.
REALLY?! They are paying him to do nothing?!
And he could always go back to his old I.T. job!
If only, but we know he’d never take the submissive ride into oblivion! It would make the world too happy!
The suit promises to be a bloodbath! In all of this mess, Jon is facing one of the best law firms in the country! And his shady team is not even licensed to practice law in Maryland, the state in which the preliminary injunction will take place.
Go get ’em, TLC!
