Jon Gosselin Fired His Lawyer!!

There must be some major shiz going down!

Despite Kate Gosselin‘s long-awaited boot from Dancing With The Stars this week, Jon‘s lawyer, Anthony List, claimed his client was still planning on continuing his battle for primary custody of their eight children.

List stated:

“She’s always promoting something … and most of the time it’s herself.”

Well, Jon must have finally realized what a raging douchebag he and his lawyer were, because he tweeted early this morning:

Mr. Anthony List Sr., Esq. is not my representing attorney; I terminated him on April 15, 2010.

He has no legal right to speak to the press or anyone on my behalf.

Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably.

WTF??

That certainly is unexpected!

We think this obviously a step in the right direction for him, but only time will tell if he sticks to his word and keeps the legal dramz private!

We doubt it!!
