Jon Gosselin was expected to appear in court today in Maryland regarding the lawsuit TLC has filed against him for breaching his contract with the cable network, but the douchey dad skipped out instead!
The case did move on without him and Jon’s lawyer Mark Heller apparently does not plan to call any witnesses for this case. Heller has previously said of his client:
“Jon will vigorously defend against this baseless action … and we are confident that through the course of litigation it will clearly be evident that Discovery and TLC exploited, manipulated and abused the Gosselins’ vulnerability and financial hardship.”
Doesn’t seem like he’s vigorously defending anything if he couldn’t even be bothered to show up!
Could he already be admitting defeat?
