As we reported back in December, Jonah Hill‘s brother and Maroon 5‘s longtime manager, Jordan Feldstein, died suddenly at the age of 40 shortly after calling authorities for shortness of breath.
Now, the cause of death has been revealed. According to the online records from the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office, the father of two died as a result of a blood clot that originated in his leg.

Original findings listed the first cause of death as a pulmonary thromboembolism, a pulmonary embolism resulting from a clot originating somewhere else in the body. Upon further investigation, the second cause of death was listed as deep leg vein thrombosis, a blood clot.
Acute bronchopneumonia and obesity were listed as other contributing factors.
So, so sad. Our hearts are with Feldstein’s family during this difficult time.
