Not funny! EVER!
Jonah Hill might’ve thought he was being funny or sharp when he used this disgusting gay slur, but all he was being was ignorant.
While out and about in the El Lay area, Jonah was caught on video being asked some questions by a few paparazzi.
But Jonah kept quiet even when one of the photogs mocked his floral board shorts by saying:
“I like the shorts though, bro. They are pretty sexy.”
Unfortunately, Jonah didn’t stay quiet as the photogs said bye to him. He said:
“Suck my d***, you f*****!”
Not ok on any level, Jonah!
Considering he has been outspoken about gay rights, stood up against the Russian anti-gay laws, and is even willing to kiss Channing Tatum‘s peen, we would’ve expected much better behavior.
We get that photogs can be annoying, but that’s no excuse to not watch your language.
Words ARE powerful! And apparently he figured that out because he’s already retracting his comment.
While appearing on Howard Stern‘s show, he commented:
“What I said in that moment was disgusting … I shouldn’t have said that.”
And while we think it’s good that he’s admitting his fault, he also made a couple excuses by revealing the paparazzo had been following him all day making comments about his family.
Along with that, he played the classic “I have gay friends” card. He admitted that when that moment went down, he happened to actually be spending the day with his gay friend who is getting married.
Well, we wonder what the gay friend thought of Jonah’s choice of words.
