It’s so refreshing to hear all sorts of Spanish language music being made from all parts of the world and of all ages!
Jorge Drexler is in his 50s and from Uruguay and his music is hard to describe! Even Wikipedia can’t categorize it!
They say “His music is a combination of Uruguayan traditional music (candombe, murga, milonga, tango), bossa nova, pop, jazz and electronic music, which results in very personal compositions with original arrangements.”
