After Josh Duggar‘s molestation and cheating scandals came to light, it seemed like it might only be a matter of time before he and Anna Duggar split.
Nearly two years later, and it sounds like the TLC starlet is getting ready to leave.

Despite being “happily married” as her Instagram caption says, an InTouch source says the momma of four is meeting with a divorce lawyer:
“Anna hasn’t told Josh she wants a divorce, but a friend of hers put her in touch with a lawyer and Anna has spoken to the lawyer on the phone. She’s been putting off meeting them for some time because she was terrified of being spotted at their office, but she is now finally ready to make the move and will be visiting the attorney in the next week or so.”
Wow.
“Anna and Josh share the same bed, but she never has sex with him anymore. She just does not want to.”
And the source claims Josh’s wife of six years is hoping to win big in the divorce:
“Anna knows the Duggar family has very deep pockets, and she will be asking for a huge settlement from Josh. Anna feels Josh put her through hell with his disgusting behavior so she believes she is completely justified in squeezing every penny out of him that she can.”
So what was her final straw??
Reportedly, the Los Angeles lawsuit filed against the disgraced reality TV star for stolen pics was a major factor as it may involve him and his family getting deposed:
“Anna is sickened by the lawsuit, it is a major reason she is divorcing Josh.”
And the rest of the Duggars aren’t too thrilled either, as the insider spilled:
“This legal case is the Duggars worst nightmare. Josh and his parents, Jim Bob and Michelle, are terrified of what this lawsuit will do to the Duggars’ already tarnished reputation – and how many secrets will come spilling out.”
You might remember LA-based DJ Matthew McCarthy sued the oldest of the Duggar siblings after finding out his pictures were stolen and used for Josh’s dating accounts.

The source revealed it’s been a huge problem for the whole family:
“Jim Bob and Michelle are worried that McCarthy’s lawyers will also depose members of their family, which means they will all be forced to talk about Josh’s inappropriate sexual behavior, as well as the family’s cover-up of what he did. The Duggars are scared.”
And added:
“Anna does not want to be there when the family’s filthiest secrets are unearthed.”
Yikes!
Sounds like the Duggars will be working out a lot of issues in months to come.
