Josh Duggar Sued Over Stolen Profile Picture Used With His Ashley Madison & Online Dating Accounts!

Josh Duggar is in hot water again.
Yikes!
It’s been a year since Josh Duggar‘s cheating scandal came to light amid the Ashley Madison hack, but it continues to haunt him.
On Thursday, TMZ revealed that the 19 Kids And Counting star is being sued by a man who alleges his image was stolen and used with different accounts linked to the disgraced reality TV star.

Matthew McCarthy claims he was left humiliated after finding out the 28-year-old used his pic on OkCupid, Ashley Madison, and Twitter. And the DJ slash photographer also shared he’s been getting messages, which refer to him as “Duggar’s boy toy” and “DJ Duggar.”
We previously reported McCarthy’s claims last August, but after losing work because of this scandal, he has filed the lawsuit against Duggar for the wrongful use of his image and for damages.
Anna Duggar‘s husband has seemingly joined the family business of selling used cars, so this could be quite the hit financially.
We’ll continue to keep you updated with any new information, but you can see the alleged stolen profile pic (below):
