We have our fingers crossed the divorce process for these two will be a tad amicable!
Just a few weeks ago, Josh Lucas and his wife Jessica Ciencin Henriquez decided to call off their two-year long marriage and now come the demands.
Jessica just filed legal documents, asking Josh for spousal support, child support, medical and dental coverage, lawyer’s fees, AND life insurance.
For reasons unknown, Jess also wants to enforce the two’s agreed upon prenup. Does that mean she made out like a bandit in it??
The freelance writer is also asking for joint custody of their 20-month-old, Noah.
At least Josh will still be able to see his son, as long as this is resolved without unnecessary dramz, everything will be just dandy!
