This is the stuff of nightmares.
Joss Stone once again stripped down for PETA in support of their mission to stop people from wearing animal skin. FIERCE!
In a new ad for the animal rights organization, the You Had Me singer stripped down and was painted to look like a crocodile (above) in order to protest the killing of reptiles to make designer purses, shoes, and belts.
Though, we have to say this ad is particularly terrifying. We can’t be the only ones who think this, right??

Miz Stone recently expressed in a statement:
“Although I’m not as familiar with crocodiles as I am with dogs and horses, I know that all animals are capable of suffering. I hope when people see footage of what happens to crocodiles and alligators killed for their skin to be turned into handbags, they’ll join me in leaving wildlife out of their wardrobes.”
We think fellow activist Pink would be so proud of her! In fact the 33-year-old, who is a longtime herbivore, was named PETA’s Sexiest Vegetarian back in 2005.
Color us impressed!
Specifically, the controversial organization is waging war against the fashion house Hermes as they revealed the couture line gets their animal skin from farms that keep reptiles in poor conditions.
Yikes.
However, the high-end brand has since dubbed the scenario an “isolated irregularity” and assured customers that they follow strict international regulations. Hmm, very inneresting!
This is definitely going to make us think twice about buying crocodile products in the future.
