Jovan Belcher Was Legally Drunk At The Time Of Murder/Suicide

Jovan Belcher wasn’t just legally drunk when he shot his girlfriend, Kasandra Perkins. He was twice the legal limit.
All of this is according to the new autopsy reports released, just months after the murder-suicide. The Chiefs linebacker shot Kasandra nine times before turning the gun on himself in front of two coaches.
This is so awful, and so brutal.
Police suspected Belcher had been drunk, because the night before the murder, he was passed out in front of the apartment of a woman he was seeing on the side. He was not arrested and told to get home safely, with video of the stop shows him walking away from his car.
Belcher and Kasandra had 3 month old, who is being placed into custody.
