Judge Denies Request To Block Jersey Shore DVD!

Thank God!

Stephen Izzo, the guy that Ronnie Magro knocked out cold featured in an episode of Jersey Shore, asked a New Jersey judge to block the DVD release of Jersey Shore season one, but his request was denied!

Izzo believed that Magro should NOT profit from the footage of their brawl that took place on September 4 in Seaside Heights, but the judge ruled that Izzo “failed to demonstrate any financial or irreparable harm” that would be a result of the DVD.

Izzo’s face has been blurred on the DVD, but according to Izzo, “Everybody knew it was me. My tattoos are clear.”

And now everyone really knows since you brought the issue to court! Stoopid!
