Oh boy. This is turning into such a mess.
As we told you earlier, Halle Berry‘s nanny is claiming that Gabriel Aubry yelled at her and called her names and alleges that he did this all in front of his and Halle’s daughter, Nahla.
In the meantime, Halle visited a judge Tuesday morning, requesting that Gabriel stay away from Nahla until the child endangerment investigation is closed.
Unfortunately for Halle, the judge is having none of it after hearing both sides and wants to wait until NEXT Monday to make a decision. In fact, it looks like Judge Scott Gordon is pawning the case onto Judge Mark Juhas, who returns from vacay at the end of this week.
Both Halle and Gabriel were in court, but did not address the judge.
Holy hell. What are they putting this poor child through? This is insane!
