Someone’s in trouble!
Judge Judy‘s son Adam Levy may be facing some serious prison time after he was accused by a politician of leaking information, and if convicted – he may face four years in jail!
The son of the celebrity judge whose real name is Judith Sheindlin is accused of leaking grand jury information to help an associate who is accused of raping a minor.
The celeb kid, who serves as D.A. of Putnam County in New York, is connected to a Alexandru Hossu – a Romanian immigrant – who is being investigated for raping a 13-year-old girl.
A NY senator named Greg Ball claims Levy has allowed the Romanian to stay at his house, has given him money, and legal advice.
Here’s what the NY senator said:
“Questions have arisen as to whether Levy specifically communicated to [Hossu] how the grand jury actually voted,”
He later also said:
“Enough is enough! I am asking Adam Levy to either step down or join me in my request that Gov. Cuomo appoint an independent special prosecutor to fully investigate the current fiasco in Putnam County. We have an elected district attorney who admits to having an illegal alien living in his house, who is also an alleged rapist, and is now funding the defense after telling the public he wasn’t involved.”
A source claims that Judge Judy is SUPER upset about these allegations, and doesn’t understand why her son is risking his livelihood for this suspect.
The source said:
“Judge Judy has blown a gasket that her son has been caught up in this sordid mess. Family and friends don’t know why he is so adamant in finding ways to help Hossu.”
Eeek! We have NO idea either!
Levy, for his part, has made a statement through his rep that said:
“[Levy’s] conduct has been entirely ethical, and he welcomes any inquiry.├óΓé¼┬¥
We’ll be keeping a close eye on this story to see whether or not Judge Judy’s son goes to prison.
It would be somewhat ironic if he did considering that his mom is a celebrity judge!
Maybe his case can be played out on her show!!!
