The sweet starlet tried to glam up the QVC and FFANY 20th Annual Shoes On Sale Gala in NYC on Tuesday with an Old Hollywood-esque look, but instead she just looked plain old dowdy.
While he hair and make-up was all sorts of lovely, it just wasn’t enough to make up for the unflattering garb.
Sadly, many other ladies had the same problem this week.
