Jumanji Remake Already Has A Release Date -- And It's Sooner Than You Might Think!

On Wednesday, Sony announced they were making a bunch of sequels — because, what’s the alternative? Original stories!? Yeah right!
But out of all the sequels revealed, the one that got us wagging our tails the most was the remake of Jumanji!
The Robin Williams led fantasy movie that made a generation deathly afraid of board games came out over 20 years ago, so those monkeys could definitely use a CGI update.

As for WHEN the remake is coming out, you’ll have to wait (’till the dice reads five or eight. LOLz!) until the end of next year — the remake is set to hit theaters on Christmas Day in 2016!
We bet with that holiday release, Sony will be sure to fill retail stores with plenty of updated Jumanji board games!
