Jury Having A Tough Time With Nicollette Sheridan Case

This drama is totally fit for a Desperate Housewives case!
Nicollette Sheridan‘s attorney, Mark Baute, thought this case was already over but it looks like things are a bit murky behind closed doors.
The jury foreman in the Nicollette v. Marc Cherry case told the judge that the jury was having a difficult time with a verdict. Sensing the frustration, Judge Elizabeth Allen told the jury to mull it over and came back today.
After they deliberated for five and a half hours!
There are 12 jurors on the civil and nine of them are women. The jury will reconvene today to see if they can hash out a verdict.
