The jury can’t make up its mind, so it’s looks like Nicollette Sheridan will have to try again!
The jury in the Nicollette v. Desperate Housewives case has declared it a mistrial after they could not reach a verdict.
Nobody wins. But nobody loses either.
But, Team Nicollette still has their hopes up. Her lawyer revealed that the jury voted 8 to 4 IN FAVOR of Nicollette, one vote shy of the needed nine and he’s confident he can swing that extra vote during a retrial.
There’s option B, which is a settlement, but we think that’s DEFINITELY off the table!
Looks like we’ll have to anxiously wait for Round 2 in this legal battle!
