The good just keeps on coming!
After Proposition 8 supporters filed a request to temporarily ban same-sex marriage after Prop 8 was dismissed this week, we’re happy to report the request has been DENIED!
Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy made the decision after marriages resumed, which Prop 8 supporters claimed happened 25 days too soon as they had time to file an appeal.
Supporters wanted him to put a stop to same-sex marriage licenses, but since Kennedy shot down the request, same-sex marriages can continue!
We couldn’t be happier to hear Justice Kennedy has stood up for equality!
We can’t wait for this wonderful progress to continue!!
