We reported earlier how Justin Bieber caused somewhat of an international incident after he visited a Japanese shrine in Tokyo that honored 2.5 million Japanese soldiers…including war criminals!
Although, Bizzle apologized earlier for his faux pas, he took to Twitter yesterday to say sorry to everyone he might have offended, especially his Korean fans.
