The girl in question? 18 year-old Yovanna Ventura, who had previously spent a weekend in Vegas with Biebsy!
This time, it seems he’s a bit more serious about Yovanna seeing as he posted a picture of her in her prom dress with a very telling caption!
He said:
I see you In that Dolce Dress. Glad u had fun. 🙂
Ooooooooh! A smiley face, some serious flirting! LOLz! BUT, that’s not all!
About an hour after Biebs posted the pic, Yovanna posted her OWN picture to show how she feels about him!
She created her own picture of Bieber from Cannes and said:
