Per TMZ, the singer asked his now-fiancée’s poppa for her hand in marriage before popping the question while on vacay in the Bahamas on Saturday!

Sources say Biebs and the actor actually met in person weeks ago as it was super important for the 24-year-old to have his blessing. With Stephen being a minister in New York, it’s said he’s glad Justin and his daughter share the same Christian values.
