Justin Bieber and his wife, the former Hailey Baldwin, are likely learning a valuable lesson in their young marriage: real estate will almost always cause you a major headache, guaranteed!!!
The Biebers had been renting a $100,000 per month crib in the San Fernando Valley up until a few weeks back when, according to TMZ, a couple of “major plumbing issues” arose!

It’s a beautiful house — four bedrooms and seven (!) bathrooms — but the Mediterranean style crib is old, and apparently it doesn’t have great bones.
Luckily for the Biebers, they were able to get the hell out of the place after a pool heater broke, a pipe burst, and the A/C malfunctioned… because they were on just a month-to-month lease! Lesson learned!
And while the newly married couple looks for their first forever home together, they’ve resorted to staying at a high-end hotel in Beverly Hills ever since… not a bad solution, if you ask us.
Just check the pipes before y’all make a purchase, Justin!!!
