Just when everyone thought it was one big April Fools prank, the 25-year-old musician shared a pic of the 22-year-old surrounded by what appears to be medical professionals.
The crooner added the text:

After some people began congratulating the two on their bundle of joy, the Biebs FINALLY revealed it was a prank this entire time!
While posting a funny sonogram featuring a dog, the Canadian heartthrob wrote:

Jokes aside, a recent People source said Justin is ready for fatherhood! The source exclaimed:
