Just when we thought Justin Bieber was free and clear to re-enter Argentina, we’re hearing a judge just indicted the pop star following claims that he ordered his bodyguards to beat up a photog in November of 2013.
TMZ reports the Sorry singer’s camp says the judge is just out to get the Biebs for publicity — but regardless, the 22-year-old can’t enter the country until this is all resolved or else he’ll be arrested. Oy vey.

As JB is about to start his South American leg of his tour, a source close to the musician told the outlet that the judge is really just “screwing his own country”:
“The judge is screwing his own country because Justin could infuse a huge amount of money into the economy.”
