We’re hearing a LOT more insider details about Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi‘s burning hot romance!
While speaking with Page Six, a new insider revealed on Sunday that the real way Kenny and her new man got together wasn’t just through her sister Kylie telling her to go for it — Justin and Hailey Bieber had a stake in the game! Of course, you know they were spotted at JB’s Coachella afterparty getting pretty hands-on and making out. According to this source, the pop star was fully supporting and encouraging these two to get together.
But don’t expect to see these two go public soon — or maybe ever! Just because they have Justin’s blessing doesn’t mean they’re ready to get under the spotlight. The insider continued, saying Kendall is being much more intentional with Jacob than she has been with her exes:
“She knows the more public the relationship, the more complicated it becomes. She’s trying to have a real relationship versus something that is a public spectacle. She wants it to be between her and her guy first — rather than her, Jacob, and the public.”
Understandable! It’s important to have a good foundation.
A second insider told the outlet that at Justin’s Coachella afterparty, Kendall was “super chill, super to herself and laid back” at first. But Jacob got her super interested! The source gushed:
“As long as he’s not like his character in Euphoria I’m happy for her.”
LOLz! We definitely don’t want to see Kendall end up with a Nate Jacobs!
Some fans have questioned this pairing, but this insider insists it’s not as random as it looks. Jacob worked as a model in his early career days — and that’s something Kenny relates to, of course:
“When Kendall first started modeling, everyone was like ‘nepo baby.’ But she put in the work. She put in the effort and impressed everyone around her. [Elordi’s] a hard-working guy, and seems grounded for who he is. She’s attracted to people like that.”

But what’s she hoping for out of this relationship? A modeling industry insider spilled to the outlet:
“He’s easy on the eye. He’s very close with his mother. Guys that are close to their mothers are good to women. I think she’s hoping — I’m not going to say marriage — I think, to live together.”
And speaking of mothers… Kris Jenner is ALL IN on this romance! According to an insider for DailyMail.com, Jacob is “starstruck” by Kendall and her momma’s connections:
“He is thrilled with her social circle, which he has called ‘impressive’ because it’s all heavy hitters. It’s one big name after another. Jacob is starstruck for sure.”
The Saltburn actor reportedly “thinks the world of and respects lots” Kim Kardashian, too. Which this source claims is a far-cry from his past connections with his ex Olivia Jade:
“When he was with Olivia, their circle was a bunch of LA brats who liked to party. Olivia is great, she is a nice girl, but a lot of her friends are privileged, they are kind of a snobby bunch.”
Kendall’s inner circle “is much more elevated” — and her momma has a big hand in that elevation! The insider said:
“Everyone is focusing on IPOs and how to become a billionaire. It’s a new level and he is thrilled. In Kendall’s camp, everyone helps each other out. Kris is always like, ‘How can I help make you richer? I have contacts.’ And she really does. It’s pretty seductive to have all that support.”
OMG!
The source also said Kris’ close friendship with Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez is “a phone call away” — which you can imagine is very big news to Jacob:
“They make things happen, and before you laugh, just remember who controlled the Met Gala this year. Jeff makes things happen and so does Lauren.”
Plus, with Kenny reportedly pushing her man to pick up modeling again, Kris’ high-profile fashion designer pals would be perfect for him:
“Kendall suggested Jacob model more as a lucrative side gig and she and her mom have all the contacts in the world. Kris can make a deal happen with one call, so it looks like Jacob will have a huge side income now. He has already modeled a lot but she is telling him to go to the big league for the big bucks.”
