Billy Jean Mariah Yeater is not my lover!
Justin Bieber‘s legal team says the accusations that he is the baby daddy of 20-year-old Yeater’s newborn are “malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false.”
To catch you up: Yeater claims Biebs impregnated her back stage after his El Lay concert at the staples center. Now she is filed a lawsuit demanding the pop star take a paternity test to prove the baby boy — born 36 weeks and 2 days after the alleged tryst — is indeed his. (And, of course, making her super rich.)
Justin’s reps have responded saying:
“While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”
We don’t know what to think. There are plenty of money grubbing fake baby mommas out there, but the idea of an irresponsible 16-year-old pop star isn’t that unbelievable to us.
We’ll get the truth soon enough! A hearing has been set for later this year.
