Guess who’s shirtless… (sigh) again.
Justin Bieber posted a photo on his Instagram late last night and he wants to let you know that he’s not fat in the photo, it’s just the angle it was taken!
Looks like someone is perhaps a little self conscious about the some people have suggested his Men’s Health cover just might have been Photoshopped.
