After witnesses saw the on-again/off-again couple acting very much ON AGAIN yesterday in Norway, where the Biebs is currently performing concert dates on his Believe World Tour, the pint-sized pop sensation took to his Instagram account to post a picture of he and his sometimes-lady love looking all sorts of ADORABLE…but then almost IMMEDIATELY took it down!
