Everything is on the table now for Justin Bieber’s upcoming deposition for a 2013 incident where he allegedly sicced his bodyguard on photographer Jeffrey Binion!
Biebs’ legal team tried to block Binion├óΓé¼Γäós lawyers from being allowed to question the pop star about his other bad behavior around the world, but a Florida judge has denied them!
That means Justin will have to go on record about EVERYTHING!
His January DUI arrest, his limo driver assault charges, maybe even the Egg-cident!
And for sure, he’ll be asked about all of the other times his bodyguards have been violent or aggressive!
With a rap sheet that long, things are not looking good for the troubled 19-year-old!
Despite their losing efforts, Justin’s attorneys are still stating that the lawsuit is completely bogus. Howard Weitzman, who is repping Bieber, spoke after losing his appeal, exclaiming:
“The Binion lawsuit is totally without merit, as are the recent Miami DUI and Toronto assault cases where Justin has been wrongfully accused. These cases are all in the early stages of [legal procedure]. We choose to litigate them through the courts instead of the media.├óΓé¼┬¥
A date for the deposition has yet to be set. JB is also awaiting a trial date for his DUI charges but a report hearing is expected today. He is also scheduled to appear in a Canadian court on March 10.
Hot damn. Bieberoni’s going to know the inside of a court room better than Jack McCoy!
