Roger Mathews said the truth would eventually come out… and as of this morning, it looks like he wasn’t kidding!
Remember when JWoww‘s embattled husband posted that long series of Instagram videos a few days ago criticizing the Jersey Shore star for filing a restraining order against him for no good reason?
Well, now, at least it appears we know the (likely) cause.

JWoww’s restraining order that got Roger kicked out of the family home early Friday morning had to do with him allegedly “harassing” her by “filming her without consent”, sources close to the situation tell TMZ.
Apparently, JWoww (real name Jenni Farley) waited until Mathews had gone to bed that night to call the police; next thing he knows, he’s being woken up and ordered to leave the couple’s home.
At issue here appears to be the presence of surveillance cameras inside the home, and Farley’s desire that, well, they not be there. Her and Mathews have previously fought over him recording her — which, the source claims, Mathews was told to do by his attorney.
The whole thing is obviously SUPER messy at this point… even JWoww allegedly didn’t want Roger barred from seeing their children through the restraining order (just her!), but cops informed her the temporary order legally required Mathews be barred from the entire family.
Unintended consequences!!!

Ironically, the very presence of the in-home surveillance video at issue here may actually save Roger; the insiders claim he’s hoping the video will show he did nothing wrong, and that the restraining order is thus bogus.
We’ll see!
Until that little part works its way through court, this sure sounds like we’ll be watching more issues and developments unfold for quite some time moving forward.
