Kardashian Family's 'Kloset' Revealed To Be Listing Secondhand Clothing For WAY More Than They're Worth!

Are the KarJenners trying to rip you off?!

As you’ll recall, the famous fam launched Kardashian Kloset back in the fall, marking their foray into the digital luxury resale space. On the site, you can find apparel, shoes, and handbags worn by the fam, and even kids’ items!

However, a new investigation by Daily Mail shows there are items available that are selling for up to NINE times more than they are on other shopping sites. With no indication that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars are donating any money to charity from the sales, it makes us wonder what they’re up to…

Per the website, the goal is to promote “sustainability” by allowing you to shop these secondhand items:

“Kardashian Kloset is a luxury designer clothing resale site that brings the fashionable and fun clothing from the famous Kardashian-Jenner family closets to yours. These pieces have been hand-selected by each family member and are available exclusively for the public to purchase. Our goal at Kardashian Kloset is to share a part of the Kardashian Jenner family lifestyle by offering you the opportunity to own one of a kind items, while promoting sustainability. As our leader, ‘Momager’ Kris Jenner says, ‘Shop til you drop!'”

Some comparisons drawn by the outlet include a Chanel bag once owned by the mother-of-six on sale for $6K versus the same bag with silver hardware available for nearly half the price on another resale site. Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian West has a Hermès clutch on sale from a 2015 collection for a whopping $5,000, while you can purchase the same one for $800 less elsewhere. The estimated retail cost of the bag was only $4,675, making Kimmie a $325 profit.

In addition to over-priced clothing pieces once worn by the reality stars, you can enjoy a blast from the past with merch from their defunct Las Vegas shop Kardashian Khaos, which lasted inside the Mirage for three years, including a $50 Christmas ornament and $40 yo-yo, as well as other items.

And let’s not forget all of the items made with animal products, including mink coats, alligator handbags, and python shoes, despite Kim stating last year that faux was the “new thing” after years of being criticized for wearing fur.

Of course, there is the fact that these items were once owned by some of the most famous faces around. However, does that justify selling items for hundreds more than you can shop for them on other resale and retail sites?? Especially amid a global pandemic??

What do U think about this, Perezcious shoppers? Let us know (below) in the comments!!
