This is absolutely horrific.
Get this child AWAY from her!
Kari Ann Peniche, whose continued struggles with addiction landed her in Celebrity Rehab, is apparently in SERIOUS trouble as her estranged husband, Justin Williams, is attempting to STRIP her of custody of their 10-month-old son…because the infant tested positive for METH!
According to legal documents filed in El Lay Superior Court, Williams became concerned when he began to suspect that Kari had relapsed over the past two months, and out of fear that she was using around their child – as he “has a habit of sucking on Kari Ann’s hair and clothes and I became concerned that he could be affected by drug residue.” – took him for a hair follicle drug test, which confirmed his fears!
DEPLORABLE!
Williams continues:
“I do not want him to continue to be exposed to smoke from meth or to accidentally ingest illegal drugs while with Kari Ann.”
He’s seeking sole legal and physical custody, and not only wants Kari Ann banned from any sort of unsupervised contact, but also submitted for weekly drug tests. If she tests positive, he wants her visitation stripped ENTIRELY!
And frankly, this is EXACTLY what should happen.
Obviously, this woman has severe, severe, severe addiction issues, and is in NO condition to be raising a child!
ESPECIALLY one so young! Who even knows what kind of awful effects this could have on his development?!
Inexcusable! And so, SO shameful!
