Karl Lagerfeld is the latest big-name couturier with the government on his heels with claims he’s withheld $21 million from them over the past six years.

Uh-oh!
AP reports that Unkle Karl has been accused by French officials of using tax havens like the British Virgin Islands, Ireland, and Delaware (Delaware’s a tax haven?!) to hide up to $21.5 million.
The microscope is focused on Karl’s Studio 7L bookstore slash photo studio in Paris, which supposedly doesn’t make any money, hence not paying any taxes.
But authorities are definitely not buying that explanation!
