It appears as though the Claws actress didn’t get the permanent restraining order against Chris Brown she was hoping for. Why??

Well, according to TMZ, the judge overseeing this case shot down Miz Tran’s motion as she wasn’t physically in court to give her testimony. In case you forgot, the 29-year-old is trying to lock in a permanent restraining order against C.Breezy as she claims her ex has made a series of death threats against her and was once physically abusive towards her.
However, Karrueche was unable to appear in court as she was busy filming a TV show down in New Orleans. This was unacceptable to the judge as he made it clear that, in order to get the paperwork she wanted, the dark haired beauty had to either be physically in court or give 12 days notice prior to the hearing to be granted permission to testify via the phone. Oof.
Nonetheless, this legal loss is only a temporary one as the case was continued so that Karrueche could file the right documents. Unsurprisingly, Brown was a no show in court too as his lawyer claims the A-lister was never served with legal paperwork — even though a video shows Chris getting the documents in front of paparazzi. Huh.
