On Monday, Jon Gosselin‘s lawyer took to E! News to fight back against Kate Gosselin‘s recent Good Morning America interview denying Jon’s disturbing claims about their son Collin.

On the flip slide of this controversy, the ex Mrs. Gosselin argued she and Jon are both under an order not to speak about Collin’s treatment or the location of the facility so it doesn’t get leaked to the world. The businesswoman also went on to slam the Pennsylvania’s resident’s threat to take her to court.
According to Mr. Gosselin’s legal rep Kristen Doleva-Lecher, Kate isn’t telling the “whole story” about what’s really going on with the exes’ son.
The lawyer explained:
“There is a court order and Jon is strictly abiding by it. The public doesn’t know the whole story. Jon is absolutely hurt by statements made about Colin and Jon’s role as his father. I can assure you that Jon is very concerned about all of his children. He is a loving father and he is acting in accordance with the law to do what’s right for the kids.”
Well, we guess we’ll see if Mr. Gosselin actually pursues this case further. Action speaks louder than words!
