Kate Gosselin Holding Jon In Contempt Of Court

More drama!

Kate Gosselin‘s lawyers filed a Petition for Contempt of Custody Order last week against her ex Jon. She believes that he has violated the judge’s order to not speak about the case.

Jon is accused of allegedly selling information, along with tweeting his displeasure on the court’s decisions.

And Kate is supposedly not doing this for herself. She thinks Jon is disobeying to make a few bucks and wants the judge to modify the orders in order to protect the kiddies!

A hearing has been sent for later this month.
