Uh oh!
It seems that Kate Gosselin isn’t feeling her new extensions at all. According to sources, the mother of eight “thinks her hair looks overprocessed and damagaed. She’s afraid people will think she’s one of Tiger Woods‘s bimbos!”
Making matters worse, apparently when Kate came home with the new ‘do, twins Mady and Cara both shouted “Eww!” The girls then started laughing at the extensions, which normally cost $7000. An insider says, “Kate ended up in her room crying.”
Oh please.
You need thicker skin if that makes you cry! Kids aren’t exactly the authority on cutting edge beauty. Plus – it’s not permanent and it’s not like a cut where she would need wait for it to grow back. They’re extensions, they come out. And it’s not as though she wasted money – she didn’t have to cough up the 7 thou, she was comped!
In hopes that she’ll start to take to her new look, a stylist has been visiting Kate’s home in Pennsylvania to teach her how to take care of her new locks: “Kate has been trying different things, from headbands to ponytails to a Farrah Fawcett-style ‘do. She’s just not sure what she wants.”
One thing’s for sure, this is a much, much better look than that awful ‘do she was rocking before, no matter how popular she thought it was.
We think she needs to take a deep breath and welcome the change.
