Seriously?? So not cool!
Kate Hudson‘s biological dad, Bill Hudson, is releasing a tell-all book detailing his failed marriage with Goldie Hawn and what life has been like for him with famous children, Kate and Oliver Hudson.
Bill and Goldie were only married for a few years in the late ’70s, when the two decided to call it quits in 1980. In his soon-to-be-released memoir, Bill writes:
“Life in the spotlight is not without its consequences, and the Hudson family was no exception. After [his divorce from Hawn in 1980], Bill found himself in the middle of the controversial issue of parental alienation. His rights as a father to see his children were often played out in the media because Oliver and Kate became actors themselves.”
And he doesn’t stop there. Daddy Hudson goes on an angry rant about his daughter, revealing how he REALLY feels about her:
“Kate doesn’t have to talk to me, and she doesn’t have to give [me] a dime of her millions. All I want is for her to call [her grandmother who is battling Alzheimer’s disease] and say,’Hi grandma,’ before it’s too late.”
I love Kate, but… she had done stuff which is just awful. She is a spoiled brat in my eyes and at the end of the day, she should meet her little sister. I should meet my grandchild and she should help her grandmother.”
Wow. Such a classy move to bash your children in the public eye. Whatever went down between Kate, Oliver, and their father, it’s between them and not for him to decide air their dirty laundry. It’s pretty disgusting that he plans on making money by publicly defaming his own family. We can see why Kate doesn’t talk about her father.
