Kate Hudson Fights Against Eating Disorder Rumors & Takes A Stand For Young Girls Everywhere

Good for you, Kate!
Kate Hudson is tackling more eating disorder rumors in her new interview with Red Magazine.
The actress and mother of two has always been vocal when it comes to people questioning her weight.
Well, now it seems that she’s just not defending herself, she’s fighting for younger girls as well.
Kate opened up about her own eating disorders rumor, saying:

“The whole point is I want girls to love themselves. I want them to feel good about who they are. It├óΓé¼Γäós a serious sickness, not something to plaster on the cover of a magazine.
I won├óΓé¼Γäót have girls, even if it is just one or two who care, thinking that.”

Perfect.
By Kate standing up for herself, she’s really sending a body-positive message to everyone who reads what she’s saying.
Plus, not that it affects the good that she’s doing, but we don’t even understand where these rumors came from in the first place.
The 35-year-old looks healthy and toned in every picture we see from her.
Keep doing what you’re doing, Kate!
