After her teary-eyed interview on the Today show on Monday, rumors circulated that Kate Gosselin was less than a gracious guest. Sources close to the show labeled her “one of the most unpleasant” guests the show had ever encountered and suggested that she was “swearing like a drunken sailor as she stormed out.”
Well, Today is on the defensive now for the reality mom and issued this statement confronting and denying the rumors:
“These comments are completely and totally false and are certainly coming from bad sources. Kate Gosselin was a gracious guest on Today and anyone within a thousand feet of her at the show yesterday morning could tell you that. It is unfortunate that a newspaper would run these lies, which couldn’t be further from the truth.”
Yeah, we don’t much believe the cursing bit, but we could believe she wasn’t the nicest of guests.
