Kate Middleton Wins First Round Of Topless Legal Battles

The judge has ruled in Kate Middleton‘s favor in the first part of the lawsuit concerning the topless photo scandal.
According to the robed law king, the photos may not be published again in France. And Closer must give the originals to Kate and Prince William.
As a St. James├óΓé¼Γäós Palace spokesperson said, “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcome the judge├óΓé¼Γäós ruling.”
Of course, this is only Battle One. Since the ruling can only apply in France, Kate and Willz will have to go further to make sure the same can be said for other countries.
