The sister-in-law and the girlfriend!
According to The Sun, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry‘s girlfriend Meghan Markle have officially met! And Princess Charlotte was there too!

The happy event occurred on Tuesday, January 10, with Kate traveling from her Anmer Hall home in Norfolk to meet the Suits star at the Kensington Palace apartments where the Duchess and Prince William reside while in London.
Apparently, the meeting was very important to both parties.
A source said:
“Kate was really looking forward to meeting Meghan and she knew how important it was to Harry. Obviously Harry’s mother, Princess Diana, died when he was very young so Kate really fulfills that older sister/maternal role. They are very close and he really values her opinion on girlfriends.”
Although Prince George was at school and couldn’t attend the meeting, 20-month-old Charlotte accompanied her mother on the very significant trip. TOO CUTE!
A source described the day, saying:
“Harry and Meghan went over to Kate’s apartment in Kensington Palace. William was also there, and she [Meghan] got to play with Charlotte who she just adored. Meg had bought Kate a small birthday present ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ a very smart leather-bound ├óΓé¼╦£dream diary’ for her thoughts and ideas which Kate loved. This just shows how serious Harry is. He wants to take their relationship to the next level.”
Yes!!! Get married already!
Rumors began swirling in late October 2016 that Harry and Meghan were an item. The relationship wasn’t officially confirmed until November 8, when Harry very uncharacteristically issued a statement asking the media to go gentle on his new love.
Since then, it appears things have been smooth sailing, as the actress has spent time meeting various members of the prince’s family.
All signs point to this being very serious, and we couldn’t be more thrilled!
