This woman is a gold mine!
A dress once modeled by Kate Middleton at charity fashion show, which was also the first time Prince William laid eyes on her, is expected to get a pretty penny if/when it hits the auction block.
The sheer dress designed by Charlotte Todd only cost about $45 to make, but since William put a ring on it Kate’s dress is worth at least $15,500.
However, if Charlotte holds out until Kate becomes Queen one auction house believes it could bring in over $150,000!
Wowsa!
We bet Charlotte’s glad she held on to it after all these years.
