Kate Upton is still waiting for an unbiased investigation from Guess.
As we previously reported, the model revealed she won’t be participating after learning the fashion label hired Paul Marciano‘s personal lawyer to look into the sexual misconduct claims against him!

Now, TMZ is reporting the board’s Special Committee has hired Glaser and Glaser, an independent Los Angeles-based law firm to take over. Patty Glaser has contacted the 25-year-old’s lawyer about having her interview for the investigation, but their sources say she declined. Supposedly her team believes the investigation is already corrupted since the information Glaser and Glaser has received is coming from when Paul’s attorney was handling things.
Even with Glaser trying to persuade Kate’s lawyer their firm is the only one in charge, the model hasn’t agreed to participate.
Can you blame the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model for wanting to be sure of an unbiased investigation after coming forward about how Marciano allegedly forcibly grabbed her breasts??
