Kate Upton is trying to see real change!
As you know, the supermodel has accused Paul Marciano of forcibly grabbing her breasts during a Guess photo shoot nearly eight years ago. The 25-year-old also claimed Marciano harassed her by showing up at hotels she was staying at and texting her inappropriate comments.

In response, the label says the co-founder and chief creative officer will forfeit his day-to-day tasks at the clothing company until an investigation into his alleged misconduct is completed.
Sounds good, right? Not so much. Apparently, Guess hired Marciano’s personal lawyer to run the investigation! Sigh.
Kate took to Twitter on Wednesday to announce that she will not be participating until the label retains a truly independent firm to look into the misconduct. Speak on it, bb!
