Treating an 82-year-old woman this way is heartbreaking at best; criminally negligent at worst!!
Maybe Katherine Jackson wasn’t shackled to a radiator in a mildew-encrusted Arizona basement, but if these most recent reports are accurate, the way some of her children treated her was WRONG!
According to documents just released after Katherine and TJ were awarded joint-custody of Prince, Paris, and Blanket in court today, their grandmother was IN FACT kept from communicating with them.
She admitted:
“While there was a telephone in my room, the telephone was not functioning and I could not dial out. In addition, there was no picture on the television in my room.”
In fact, she repeatedly had to ask them to fix the TV.
Why wouldn’t they want her TV to work??
Maybe because she didn’t even know her Michael‘s three kids reported her missing!
She revealed:
“One morning I woke up to the sound of the television. While there was no picture, I heard a broadcast that stated I was missing.”
Whaaaat?
This just doesn’t sound right at all!!
It explains a lot, though. We wondered why Katherine would ignore her grandkids for so long but now we know that was never her intention.
She explained:
“While I was away, I had no reason to question whether the people with whom I placed trust would inform me that Prince, Paris and Blanket were trying to reach me.”
Thankfully, Judge Mitchell Beckloff realized none of this was Katherine’s fault at all.
He said in his ruling:
“I think the kids are in terrific hands. It appears from the report that Katherine Jackson has done a wonderful job and cares about the children very much.”
We’re not sure which of Katherine’s children are ultimately responsible for this tragic, tragic occurrence nor why they would do something so wrong… and we don’t care to speculate.
To treat an 82-year-old woman, and her scared, fatherless grandchildren, this way is sickening.
We’re just grateful she’s back and they’re once again in her care.
