Yesterday, we reported how Katie Holmes made a super bold move to have her and Tom Cruise’s divorce hearing public, calling an emergency motion!
Now, Katie’s lawyer is speaking out and DENYING that the private court case deets would be leaked for all to hear!
Holmes’ lawyer, Jonathan Wolfe stated:
“Other than her action for divorce, the only pending application filed by Ms. Holmes remains her request for an anonymous caption.├óΓé¼┬¥
An anonymous caption basically means that Katie filed the papers anonymously.
Tom, on the other hand, recently flew back to El Lay from shooting in Iceland, and still has yet to file any legal papers!
…maybe he thinks he can use his Scientology powers somehow change Katie’s mind???
A source confirmed that Tom will most likely be filing in Los Angeles, since “they don’t live in New York City,” despite having an apartment there.
Guess we’ll just have to wait and see if there’s still a chance for the hearing to go public…because we are just oh so curious!!!
