Since filing for divorce Friday, Katie Holmes has cut loose everything she felt soon-to-be-ex Tom Cruise had control of — their home, security guards, Xenu and their publicist — and replaced them in a blink of an eye.
We heard she had been planing her escape for over a year. Obvi her meticulous planning has paid off!
Before news of the split hit the interwebs, Katie and 6-year-old Suri had already moved out of their home and into a new one. Later that day she hired her own security detail, and rehired her old publicist from 7 years ago.
It’s like she wants to erase her married years from her mind and move on. A public relations expert agrees:
