Katie Holmes quickly flashed the great city of New York Tuesday when a strong gust of wind blew up her light blue dress!
While NYC isn’t known as the windy city, it sure had Katie fooled. Luckily, her white slip came to her rescue!
Even so, we can hardly believe how calm Katie is during her Marilyn Monroe moment. She’s not even trying to keep her dress down!
